The Natural and Elegant Lady’s Baked Brie Appetizer

1             17 ½ ounce package frozen flaky pastry
1             10 oz jar of Satiabilady® Marmanero- Yellow,                Green or Red
1             2.2 lb wheel of Brie (8 inches in diameter)

Thaw flaky pastry according to package directions. Gently fold out both squares and on a lightly floured surface roll out each to a 12- inch square. Center one square on a 9- inch pie pan. Place wheel of Brie in center of pastry and spread top with jar of Satiabilady Habanero Marmalade. Fold the pastry up and over the Brie, pleating the excess and gathering it over the marmalade. Cut the second pastry into a circle using the top of the Brie carton and lay on the wheel of Brie. Crimp to seal around the edge and gently roll the top to crimp pleated layer. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Stir together in a small bowl, one large egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk. Using a pastry brush, gently brush egg wash over the pastry and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degree F and bake until golden (30 to 40 minutes). Let stand for 1 hour before serving. Serve with sliced French bread and fresh fruit.
